(a) The completion of the script and receiving the voiceover; the video will have to match the words/message of the voiceover.
(b) If client has specific text, logos, banners, images/videos they want included, we need it all before production begin to reduce revisions and editing time.
(c) Normally, there is editing needed, therefore we add some extra days; time needed to make the necessary changes.
(d) Lastly, it’s really important for the client to be available and responsive to our communication…if we can’t receive a response to our emails or phone calls regarding the approval process, this can be reason for delays.
